Fine dining in Los Cabos
With the Pacific waves crashing below, the lantern-lit, cliffside terrace of El Farallon restaurant in Los Cabos’ Pedregal is a dreamy dinner setting.
Diners can indulge in a new Savor the Sea experience — featuring Champagne, caviar, shellfish and Baja-caught seafood — or explore the main menu. Highlights include the catch of the day (perhaps red snapper, amberjack or bluefin tuna) displayed on ice and weighed on a traditional scale before preparation. Dishes include beef filet and surf and turf options, all expertly cooked in an open-air kitchen.
