As we launch the first issue of Club Traveler magazine in 2025, I’m excited to welcome Bluegreen Vacation Club Members to our flagship publication where we inspire our Members to “Dream. Plan. Go!” Since acquiring Bluegreen Vacations, we’ve expanded opportunities for memorable travel experiences, starting with the launch of HGV Max to Bluegreen Vacation Club Members in November 2024.
As chief customer officer, I feel both energized and humbled by my responsibility to serve Members like you. Across the company, our Team Members share this dedication, and it inspires our approach to hospitality every single day. You truly are at the heart of everything we do.
Looking ahead, HGV Max Members will start to have access to the expanded portfolio of HGV properties later in 2025. This milestone opens up remarkable properties across North America, including resorts such as Mill Springs Lodge in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and Bluegreen Odyssey DellsTM in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.
One of my favorite events of the year is the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions, which was held from January 30 to February 2 at the Lake Nona Golf & Country Club in Orlando, Florida. I always look forward to joining our Members in watching outstanding athletes compete, including Olympic gold medalist and HGV brand ambassador Lydia Ko. This event, and our other HGV Ultimate Access events, exemplify the spirit of excellence we strive to bring to every aspect of your vacation experience.
